Engage in spamming, flooding, harvesting of email addresses or other personal information, spidering, screen scraping, database scraping, or any activity intended to collect or obtain information, including property listings available through our Services; Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any technology used in connection with our Services; Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
Misrepresent your legal right or ability to sell any property.
Bridgewater Logistics reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or entity at any time, at our sole discretion.
We do not use SMS to market products, we primarily use SMS to schedule phone calls to qualify or disqualify properties over the phone. Messaging frequency may very due to individual conversations with clients.

Limitation of Liability
You agree that we, along with our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors, are not liable to you or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or related to the use or attempted use of our services or any content provided therein. This includes claims or damages resulting from in-person assessments conducted by our personnel, except to the extent such damage is directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. This limitation of liability extends to, but is not limited to, any claims arising from system failures, inaccuracies, unforeseen national health interruptions, computer viruses, or national weather emergencies that may suspend or delay our offered services.
Inspection Process
The inspection period commences the day following the full execution of the purchase and sale agreement ("PSA") by both parties will agree to maintain communication and have access to subject property for additional inspections if needed, and will continue for the period specified in the PSA.
All inspections will be conducted by third-party professionals. We reserve the right, until closing, to access the property along with a third-party inspector to assess the structural integrity and condition of the property, if needed. Seller agrees to continue reasonable maintenance to maintain current condition of property until closing.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time and will post the updated agreement at this location. Your continued use of our Services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
